CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Sometimes people need to cancel; I have to cancel appointments myself occasionally. However, as much notice as possible is appreciated so I can give that appointment to someone else.
I require 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment to allow me time to fill the appointment slot. Failure to provide 24hrs will require a £50 cancellation fee. Otherwise, I will not take any further bookings from you.
If you cancel twice in a row, I will not take further bookings from you, or if you make a habit of cancelling your appointment, I will not accept other bookings from you.
