Yes,to secure your dates,I require a booking deposit of £150 for one week stay and £300 for two weeks stay. It will be deducted from the total cost of the booking with the balance being payable one week before your arrival! |

When do I pay rent? |
Rent is payable one week before your arrival and if you paid deposit it will be deducted from the total cost of your booking fee.NO EXCEPTIONS!!! |
